1. Caribbean Travel Sales & Service Representatives
We need friendly and enthusiastic Customer Sales and Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Call Center.
Extensive product and destination knowledge as well as selling and customer service expertise is required, all of which is covered
in classroom training.
Sales representatives sell vacations by assisting our customers with researching and planning their travel.
No cold calling required.
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and resolving problems
and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a courteous manner are mandatory
must be a responsible team player
MS Excel, MS Word and Internet experience
sales and / or customer service experience is preferred
travel experience, particularly Caribbean or Mexican travel is a plus!
4 year college degree is a plus!
2. Accounting Supervisor
Our busy Accounting Department needs an Accounting Supervisor who will be responsible for assisting the department in:
Month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
Account reconciliations
Variance analysis
Process and procedure review and improvement
Budget preparation, review and analysis
Preparing and analyzing financial forecasts
Requirements:
3+ years experience in the accounting/financial arena
Bachelors degree with a major in accounting or finance from an accredited four-year college or university
Financial analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain financial issues to non-financial associates
Technically minded and fully functional in Microsoft Excel
Hands-on person who takes the initiative and applies a sense of urgency to all tasks and assignments
Able to multi-task and is comfortable with change
Sage Accpac experience a plus
Travel industry experience a plus
3. Contract Administrator
Contract Administrators are responsible for reading and interpreting vendor contracts and specials, calculating rates, and loading
the contracts on our website. Contract Administrator's must develop and maintain a relationship with the vendors and work
collaboratively with them to ensure all information and rates on the website are accurate and up to date. On a day to day basis,
this position assists other departments with any contracts questions or procedures and maintains contracts databases and website
change logs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus!
Contract administration or equivalent experience is preferred
Travel industry experience is preferred
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with vendors
Excellent written and oral communication skills
MS Excel experience - able to create spreadsheets using both simple and complicated formulas; able to use graphs and pivot tables
Excellent Computer Skills - able to navigate the Internet, use MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Able to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented
Excellent math skills - able to interpret simple to moderate equations; calculate and enter results according to system specifications
